What we do. You send a roof request by form or by calling (608) 555-0181. We pass it to one independent local roofer, who contacts you to arrange an inspection and, if you want one, a written estimate.

What we don't do. This site is not a roofing contractor. It doesn't repair or replace roofs, quote or bid on jobs, or sign agreements with homeowners, and it stays entirely out of insurance claims.

How we're paid. Any money this site earns comes from roofers, who may pay a fee for each referral, never from you. You don't pay for the referral, and you don't receive anything for using the service: no gift, rebate, credit, discount or help with a deductible.

Your choices. You can decline the roofer, ask for estimates from other roofers you find on your own, and take as long as you need before signing. Any contract is between you and the roofer.

Checking a roofer. Being referred here is not an endorsement. Confirm that whoever pulls the permit holds an active Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor credential at license.wi.gov, and ask for proof of insurance, written warranties and an itemized contract.

No official ties. We are not affiliated with the City of Madison, DATCP, DSPS or any other government office.
