Each request is forwarded to one independent local roofer. That roofer may compensate us for the lead, while using the site stays free for you.

Your agreement is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment, warranty or permit is between you and the roofer you choose to hire. We don't supervise, guarantee or take responsibility for that roofer's work, schedule, pricing or conduct. You are free to decline any roofer.

Information on the site. Cost figures are published estimates labeled with their source and year, and the cost calculator gives rough ranges only. Storm, permit and legal summaries come from public sources and may change. Nothing on the site is legal, insurance or engineering advice.

Outside links. Links to government and other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Acceptable use. Please give accurate details, use the forms only for real roof requests, and don't try to disrupt or copy the site.

Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it or from work done by any roofer.
